Some of the most recent browsers included "No monitor" functionalities. As cookies can be used for multiple purposes, users witch do not want to receive personalized advertising, can opt to accept cookies and refuse personalized advertising. Online advertising companies have made guidelines and programs to help breakdown users privacy and those programs include webpages that you can access to refuse personalized advertising from all participating companies (including Agroop). Advertising companies can individually offer their own ads refusal and advanced add options. For example, preference and add refusal controls of Agroop are available at http://agroop.net/chooseadvertising. Note that this refusal does not mean you will stop receiving ads or seeing less ads: it means that the ads you get will no longer be personalized for you. Furthermore, this refusal does not impede our servers from creating or updating profiles that can be used on behavioural advertising.
Third-party analysis control
Beyond the cookies witch we determine through the website you visit, it is also possible that third-party websites define cookies when you visit them. If that happens, that entity will be hired by us to provide a service in our behalf, like website analysis. Another reason consists on the fact that webpages contain content and third-party adds, like videos, news or ads sent by other advertising networks. Once your browser connects with the web servers of those third-parties to get those contents, they can place or read their own cookies on your device and retrieve information about your online activities.
Our use of web beacons
Our web pages can contain electronic images known as web beacons - sometimes called single pixel GIFs - witch can be used to help send cookies from our websites, account for users on that pages and provide marketing services. Sometimes we include web beacons on our promocional messages our email bulletins just to determine if the message was opened or not.
We also work occasionally with other companies witch advertise on our website, placing web beacons in their respective sites or adds so we can develop statistics on the click frequency that an ads placed on Agroop's website results in a purchase or other action in the advertiser website.
Finally, our website can contain web beacons to help compile aggregated statistics on the efficacy of our campaigns or other operations. This web beacons will allow third-parties to place or read a cookie in your device. This companies can retrieve data on your online activity in websites and online servers. Although, we do not allow third-party use of web beacons in our websites to retrieve our access information that can identify you directly (as your name or email address). You can refuse the data retrieval or it's use by this companies of external data analysis as described on third-party control.
Other similar technologies
Beyond normal cookies and web beacons, websites can use other technologies to store and read files of data in your device. This procedure can be used to keep your preferences or improve the speed and response of the system, since it will store files locally. Albeit, and just as normal cookies, this technology can be used to store a unique ID of your device; this ID can in a later stage be used to monitor your online activity. We use your personal information that we retrieve to operate, improve and personalize our products and services. The information retrieved by an Agroop service can be combined with information obtained through other services of Agroop to provide you a smother and personalized interaction. We can also complement this information with other from third-parties. For example, we can use services from other companies that help us calculate a general area based on your IP address to personalize some services to your geographic location.
We can also use the information to reach out to you to inform you, for example, that your subscription is about to end, when there updates available or when you need to log in to your account to activate it.
Many of our websites and services are made available for free because of the fact that we are supported by advertising. To widely provide those services, the information we retrieve can be used to help improve the ads we show, making them more relevant to you.

Agroop.net - You can access your profile in agroop.net by visiting the page Account at Agroop.
Agroop's Billing and Account Service - If you have an account at Agroop with your entity, you can updated your information in your profile in the same way, clicking in the edit button, at your entity's profile.
Agroop Account - If you want to update your profile information in your Agroop Account, you can alter your password, add security information, visualize your exclusive credential ID or close your account, you can do it at the definitions on any of Agroop's websites or apps.
Public Profile - If you have created a public profile with your Agroop account, you can edit or delete information on your public profile by accessing your profile on any of Agroop's websites or apps.
If you can't access your personal data retrieved by our website and services (through the hyperlink above) this websites and services can provide other ways of accessing your data. You can reach out to us through the web form. The requests to access or remove your personal data will be answered up to 30 days after you reach out to us.

When some of our websites and services retrieve information about your age, that website or service will block users with 16 years old or younger, or it will get the parents or legal guardians authorization before the minor is authorizes to use it. We will not ask intentionally to children 16 years old and younger to provide the information needed for our services.
When the authorization is granted, the account of the minor will be treated as a regular account. The minor can access services like email messages, instant messages and online message boards and will be able to communicate freely with users of any age.
The parents or legal guardian can alter or revoke the consenting option mentioned above, as well and review, edit or delete the child’s personal information. For example, parents can visit the minors Agroop's account, edit their profile and alter the Permissions.

Many of our websites and services are supported through advertising.
Most of the ads presented will originate form Agroop. When we show you an ad, we will place one or more cookies in your device so that you can be recognized. This process will allow us to compile information through time about the kind of pages, content and adds witch you visit or visualize. Therefor, this compilation will help us select the adds we present to you, for example, so that there are no repeated adds and that the adds we show you are in your interest.
Note that if you block cookies witch we intend on storing in your browser, you will invariably deteriorate our services, since you will create a barrier on our communication to you as our client.
One of the third-party services we use to record activity related with the use of our service (placing cookies, for example) is Google Analytics. If you do not want the information to be gathered or used by Google Analytics, you can install an opt-out option in your browser.

When you use some feature or service that is local based, cell phone data towers data, Wi-Fi data and GPS data can be sent to Agroop. Agroop uses that information to present the services you requested, personalize your experience and improve Agroop's products and services.
Support can be provided by telephone or email contact. We can use Remote Access with your permission, to browse temporarily on your account. The cell phone calls or the Remote Access with support professionals can be recorded or monitored. In the case of Remote Access, you can log out at any moment or if you choose to proceed, access the recording after the fact.
Some services allow you to control the time in witch the local information is sent to Agroop or provided elsewhere. In some cases, the geolocation is essential to the service and can require the uninstalling of a functionality or discontinuation of the service, to stop the retrieval of geoinformation. Consult the documentation we provide to get information on how to disable geolocation functionalities.

The supporting data is the information we collect when you commit a support request or you execute a solution of problems, including information about hardware, software, and other details related to the support incident, such as: information on contact or authentication, information on machine status and the application at the time of failure and during diagnostics, system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations, and further error control files. We use Support Data as described in this Privacy Statement and also to resolve your support incident and for training purposes.
The support may be provided by telephone or email. We may use Remote Access (RA), with your permission, to temporarily navigate in your session. Telephone conversations or remote access with support professionals may be recorded and / or monitored. In the case of Remote Access, you can end the session at any time or, if you opt to continue until the end of the session, access the recording after the end of it.
Following a support incident, we may send you a survey about your experience. You can refuse the reception of support surveys independently of other communications provided by Agroop by contacting Support.

Payment data is the information you provide when shop online. These may include your payment system (e.g.: credit card, PayPal), your name and address for billing and the security code associated with your payment system (e.g.: the CSV or CVV). This section provides additional information regarding the collection and use of your payment information.
The payment data are used to complete a transaction, as well as for the detection and prevention of fraud. To expand these objectives (as exemplified by the reduction of credit risk), we may share your Payment Data with banks and other entities that process payment transactions or other financial services.
Data for payment or organization provided by you will still be stored to help you complete future transactions.
You can update or remove the payment instrument information associated with your Agroop account. You can also remove the payment instrument information associated with your organization account by contacting Customer Support. However, after we close your account or we remove a payment instrument, we may retain your payment instrument data for as long as it is reasonable to complete your existing transaction and therefore comply with legal requirements and detect and/or prevent fraud.

The Agroop account is a service that allows you to sign in to Agroop's products, websites and services as well as in our selected partners.
Creating an Agroop account
You can create an account in Agroop by providing an email address and a password. We will use your information only for security reasons, for example, to verify your identity or reset your password if you can not access your account. Some services may require added security; in those cases, you will be asked to provide additional information. The email address and password used to create and login to your account at Agroop are your "credentials" that you will use for authentication in our network. We assign a unique ID number to your credentials to identify your credentials and associated information.
You should use a personal email address in an email service in which you have access.
When you create an account at Agroop, we also we also request the following demographic information: gender, country, date of birth and zip code. We may use your birthdate to verify that minors hold the necessary consent of a parent or guardian to use an account at Agroop as required by local law. These demographic information is used for market research and used by our online advertising systems to provide you personalized ads on products and services that you may find useful; however, our ad systems will not receive or use information that could identify you directly (such as your name, email address or phone number). If you opt out of personalized ads, you'll be able to block the receipt of cookies on your devices. For more information on cookies, see the Ad exhibition tab.
We will use the email address you used to create your account in Agroop Agroop to send you communications relating to your use of our products and services and the security of your account. Similarly, we may send you promotional e-mails about our products and services in accordance with local regulations.
Login to Agroop's software, websites or services with your account
When logging on to a website or service through your account at Agroop, we collect some information to validate your identity on behalf of the website or service, to protect you from malicious use of the account and to protect the safety and efficacy of the account service at Agroop. For example, after the login, the service account in Agroop receives your credentials and registers your login name and other information such as the unique number assigned to your credentials, your IP address, the browser version, the operating system and a date and a time. If you use an account at Agroop for your login into a device or software that is installed on a device is assigned the same device a unique and random ID that therefore will be sent as part of your credentials to the account service in Agroop. Later, the same ID will be used to help protect your account for every time you log into a website or service with your account at Agroop. In this case, the account service in Agroop sends the following confirmation information restricted to the website or service that initial session a number of unique ID (which allows the website or service to determine whether you are the same person from one login session to the next), the version number assigned to your account (it is assigned a new number for every time alters the logon information), confirmation or non-confirmation of the email address and notice concerning the decommissioning of your account (if it was possibly disabled).
When you log in in an application made by Agroop, it sends standard information about your device to Agroop, like the manufacturer and the model name. We may use this information to personalize certain communications with you, such as email messages designed to help you start using an Agroop application.
Some websites and third-party services that allows you to sign in with your account at Agroop require your email address to provide services. We provide the websites or services your email address except, of course, your password. If you create the account credentials at Agroop with the website or service, you may have limited access to information associated with your credentials and profile, as noted during account creation.
If we have received your account from third-parties, as an administrator of an entity, that person may have rights over your account, such as consult your use of the account, profile data, read or store content in your account and even suspend or cancel your account. According to these rules, you are subject to Agroop Service Agreement and to any additional terms and conditions of that person. If you are the administrator of an entity and you have provided your users accounts at Agroop, you will be responsible for all activities taking place in those accounts.
Note that websites and services that allows you to sign in with your Agroop account can use or share your email address or other personal information provided to them as described in the relevant privacy statements. They can also share the unique ID number that the service account at Agroop provides them only to fulfil a service or transaction required by you. All websites or services that use the account at Agroop are required to hold a privacy statement published despite Agroop not controlling or monitoring the privacy practices of such websites, susceptible to variations. You should carefully review the privacy statement for each website where you login to determine how each site or service will use the information gathered.
Linking your Agroop account to social networks
You can link your Agroop account to an in some social network like Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn so that we can access some data. This access is justified, for example, for possibility to pre-fill your profile with the profile information of this social network. You can see a list of social networks that offer accounts to which you can connect with your Agroop account.
We are not responsible for content from services that do not belong to us or for shared or sent information by you. If you use a third-party service, the respective use of your information will be subject to the respective privacy practices. You can access personal information in your account at Agroop through it's page. You can change your user name, your password, alternate email address, and phone number. You can also terminate your Agroop account via "Close your account."
