Use of our services
It is important that you follow all the policies that are made available on our Services.
Our services are only available via online membership in a pre-payment scheme.
You must not misuse our Services. For example, you must not interfere with our Services or even try to access them through means other than the interface and the instructions provided by us. You can use our services only to the extent permitted by law, including laws and export control regulations and re-exports. Thus, Agroop may also provide your data for legal purposes, if these are requested.
We are entitled to charge you a compensation amount for damages caused by improper use of our services, which can be a breach of any regulations identified in this document and its annexes.
If necessary and for the purpose of maintenance, we may discontinue providing the service to maintain servers and network, stable, secure and updated.
Agroop reserves the right to suspend, disable or terminate services if there is any failure to pay the renewal amount of service to maturity date of the outstanding payment documents or any breach of any of the conditions of this document.
Our services have some content outside Agroop. These contents are the sole responsibility of the entity that provides them. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies or the law and by this assessment, we may remove or refuse rated content. Nevertheless, this possibility evaluation on our part does not mean that we will invariably evaluate the content, and you should not assume that we will.
We may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information related to your use of the Services. You can opt out of some of those communications.
Some of our services are available on mobile devices. We recommend that you do not make these services distracting enough to stop you from obeying the road or security regulations and laws.
Your Agroop account
To use our services, you need to have an account in Agroop. The account can be created for you or may be assigned by an administrator, for example, your employer. If you are using an account with Agroop assigned to you by an administrator, different terms may apply for additional use and your administrator can disable your account.
But remember that you are always solely responsible for the content that you place in our services and it is impossible for us to make any active control of all information placed on our servers.
To protect your Agroop account, keep your password confidential. You are also responsible for activities in your Agroop account or through it. We recommend for greater security, not to reuse the password of your account in Agroop in third party applications. About the software of our services
When a Service requires or includes transferable software, this software can be automatically updated on your device, so the new version or feature is available. Therefore, some services may allow adjustments to the automatic update settings of your device.
Modification and termination of services
We are constantly improving our services. We may add or remove features or characteristics, as well as suspend or completely delete a service.
You may stop using our Services at any time. Nevertheless, we regret your departure. As for us, we can stop providing you with our services (something that we also regret) or add or create new limits to them at any time.
We believe it is important to preserve the data that belongs to you. If we discontinue a Service, we will always try to warn you with reasonable notice.
Warranties and disclaimer
We provide our services with a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope you to feel satisfied when using them. However, there are certain parameters that do not promise to fulfill regarding our services.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY REQUIRE TO PROVIDE CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
Use of our services by companies
The name assigned to an entity is unique to each country. Agroop is limited only to respect this information to the amount paid for the services in question is not liable for any damage/direct or indirect damage resulting from use or inability to use any of the names assigned to the entities.
Agroop is also not responsible for registration impossibility of an entity name when it is registered by another entity during the period between payment confirmation processes, data validation or domain of supply.
The same will happen if there are spelling errors committed by you, in the composition the entity's name when applying for registration of the same, it is not possible your change after the end of the entry.
Agroop reserves the right to block access due to lack of payment. If this blockage happens, it will be impossible to use or transfer that domain until payment is made and validated.
If you let the service expire, Agroop can keep all information for an indefinite period (up to 365 days) as a courtesy and not as a obligation (contractual or otherwise). After that, all your information may disappear from our servers.
Upgrade and Cancellation of Services
In services where this is possible, you'll be upgrading to a higher plan of service at any time of the subscription period. This upgrade will have a higher value, calculated according to the credits that you have not enjoyed the current period with the debit difference for continued service until the end of the service period with the new plan.
The downgrade of current services can only be held at renewal, that is, at the end of the service period.
Agroop has the right to send you notifications of service expiration date. These notifications are sent to the e-mail address you associated the entity which are representative, as the following order:
15 days before the date of your service expiration we'll sent a notification;
- 7 days before the date of the service expiration we send the second notification is also on this date that will be generated the Payment Document for the renewal thereof in case you activated the automatic renewal option;
- 1 day prior to the service expiration will be sent to you the third and final notification;
- 2 days after the date of service expiration will be sent to you the first notification of delay in payment;
- 3 days after the date of service expiration will be sent to you the second notification of late payment;
- 4 days after the date of service expiration will be sent to you the third and final notification delay in payment;
If not you don't liquidate the amount owed until the limit date of payment, the service will be automatically suspended and will be appointed as expired. So whenever you login, the entity will be prevented from having access to all pages of the application, except for the "Preferences" page, where you can renew the Service. If you don't renew the service for 365 days from the expiration date, all your information may disappear from our servers. The subsequent renewal of the service may not be guaranteed.
You can make a cancellation of our services, using for this purpose, the page in the Preferences area. If you have active automatic payment, you must request, the page of the Preferences area, the cancellation of the service with at least 15 days before the due date of the service.
The cancellation of services does not prevent your obligation to settle the documents generated payment to date.
If you solicit cancellation of services after the renewal of the service, this does not imply any repayment obligation on our part by the service period you did not enjoy.
You can request a refund of the amount paid for membership services, within 7 days, if it has not been provisioned in due time.
You promise to settle any of outstanding amounts only through the payment methods mentioned in aplication.
Whenever payment is made by Bank Transfer, you must send proof of payment respective / receipts provided by your Banking Entity or Automatic / Cash Machine (ATM) to our e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). When doing this, be sure to indicate the identification number of the outstanding Payment Documents to which bank transfers relate.
The validation of payment by bank transfer may take several days, so you should make the payment in view of the completion period from different Banking Entities transfer.
Agroop reserves the right to discontinue providing services if the outstanding payment documents are not paid until the payment deadline indicated on them.
Agroop reserves the right to terminate and eliminate any information contained on its servers 30 days after the date of expiry of the services if the arrears are not paid and even the right to charge Data Recovery rates after the expiration date of services.
Agroop reservation yet for the other the right to charge Interest rates and Administrative if payment of the outstanding documents are not paid to the payment limit dates indicated in them.
The provisioning and activation of services is only made after they confirmed the payment of the amount to be the subscribed services.
Finally, Agroop reserves the right to make changes at any time in the commercial offer, not assuming any contractual obligations. Therefore, it is your duty to check the cost of renewal of your services.
Data for Billing
By accepting these terms, we assume the correct supply and the indication of any change of data for billing of the subscribed services. Agroop has no responsibility for any error the data submitted by you.
The invoice will be issued according to the data provided by you during the process of acquiring licenses in our application Preferences area.
Upon issuance, the final invoice can not be changed, so you must ensure providing all the necessary data and confirm their validity.
Invoices will be sent by email in Electronics Invoice (PDF) format for e-mail that you added in the license acquisition process.
You should get in touch with our assistance should you desire that the invoice is issued by post.
If you're not satisfied with the conditions of the Services, you can report the Services provision contract and obtain the corresponding refund of the price of the Services, upon notice to eAgroop, Lda in writing within 14 days of conclusion of the contract for the provision of the Services. You may not obtain a refund for a service that you already have started to benefit.
Depending on the payment method used, it can take up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. For cash payments such as Bank Transfer or ATM, you need giving us your bank details to being reimbursed.
In case of conflict between these terms and conditions and additional terms and conditions, the latter shall prevail over the former.
If we find that a certain term of use is not feasible, this does not affect the remaining terms.
